Question on Snails

How much room do they need to themselves? I know that bettas need 2.5 gallons just for themselves, but I don't know about snails.

Sally, I will always love you. You were my babygirl and the gateway to my bettabug. Thank you.

It depends on the Snail. Mystery Snails grow big so they need at least 10 Gallons. The Betta could live with them in a 10 Gallon, though. A Nerite Snail can go with a Betta in a 2.5 Gallon, but that's not ideal in my opinion.

Over hundreds of bettas die in their small, dirty cups each day. Only you can help them live. Research and then save them, today!

What are the zebra-looking snails called? I'm sorry if I sound stupid. xD I'm kind of thinking about getting a snail, but I want to do research beforehand so I won't be calling them "zebra-looking snails" xD Moreso that I won't kill them... But you catch my drift :P

I think they're a color of a Nerite Snail. They only eat algae, so if you need more food for them, just get some algae wafers.

Do you know any good sources where I can read more about snails? What are some other kinds of snails that I can house with a betta? Any that I can't?

Whoa, wait. Why do you want a Snail? They produce a BIG Bioload so why do you want it?
