Amano Shrimp!

Hey everyone! Jiro is a fairly aggressive betta but I have some good news! He is doing super with amano shrimp! I picked up two of them today and added them to my tank and he normally tries to kill anything I put in there, but the shrimps are doing really well so far. Hopefully my hair algae issue will be sorted! I'll keep you all updated :) Pictures below!

It may be your water at home or they weren't treated well at the store, or they died due to your betta.

These guys survived the night, with all appendages intact! Done a great job cleaning up my hair algae too. My cryptocoryne looks clean! I love how they are always busy foraging and grazing too. :D super tankmates!
Video I took yesterday. Tank looks filthy sorry!

In all honesty I think its either starvation or other. My tank is heavily planted and 50 percent water changes weekly. Did you know Takashi Amano populazed that species?
