multiple female bettas in community tank

Does anyone have any experience with mutiple female bettas in a community tank?

I have a 30H tank with neons, raspboras, endlers, and platties. I resue bettas and am trying to cut down on individual tanks, so I was going to try and place my two females in the community tank which is heavily planted.

any opinions or experiences??

More than two females is needed. Preferably about 4, so that the aggression of the alpha is spread out rather than targeting one female.

I have never had an issue with my females and other fish species to be honest. They have been with guppies (females) and they kind of "blended in" with them lol

Breed for the breed, not for the money; the words any REAL breeder would understand.

You must know nothing in order to know all, for all is nothing and nothing is for all.

I added one female and she seems to be blossoming! I had just hoped I could add more since I do try to recue and rehome, but am getting too many tanks. If they will settle into the community tank I can add several more females as needed. This one in the tank now pictured here was a walmart rescue, odd looking, and definitely in bad shape when I got her. But whe has colored up. She is just larger that the other female I have. Maybe a giant plakat?? anyway thanks for the anwer.

I got three females and one plakat male in with platy's. All get on fine and the male doesn't harrass the females ether. The females are fine with the platy's too.

Horsy, how big is your tank and how densely planted is it? Personally I wouldn't risk male and female however if I got a long tank with many gallons, I would try it in a planted tank.

we have three platies and a molly (was two, but the female died in childbirth) in our sorority, and no one's had any trouble.

So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure,
How amazingly unlikely is your birth,
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space,
'Cause there's bugger-all down here on Earth.

they would be perfectly fine, but you should have a minimum of 4 females like the others have said.
Goodluck!
