Betta's and cory catfish.

I have a 40 liter tank for my little Draven (halfmoon betta) and I was wanting to know if he would be ok with one or maybe two cory catfish in the tank with him, he is currently in with a few neon tetras and he is fine with them, just wanted to know if anyone else has cory catfish in with them please let me know if they tolerate each other.
Thank you

You can keep them in a 20 gal definitely. If I had to choose 1 type of fish for a sorority or community, i'd go with corycats. :)

you should try to get atleast 4 corys. having just 1 or 2 will cause them to be stressed

Cories are schooling fish, you need a minimum of 4 to keep them.
That being said your tank will be overstocked with cories, tetras (if you have 4+), and your betta, so I wouldnt do it unless you upgrade.
They are amazingly interesting fish, but you really need a proper school for them
You might be able to get away with some dwarf cories though!

10 HM, 3 HMPK, 5 HMPK fry
8 German Blue Ram, 5 Green Dragon BNP, 4 Albino BNP, 4 Calico BNP, 6 Red BNP, 5 Kuhli Loaches, 2 ADF, 7 Peppered Cories, & 6 Tiger Endlers + Fry
12 full time tanks, 4 NPT, 6 QT/Breeders
