Green barbs?

So I have a heavily decorated/planted 29 gallon tank. I have a banjo catfish, kuhli loach, Clown pleco, and 3 green barbs. I have a male betta in a 3 gallon tank. Do you think he'd be okay if I put him in the 29 gallon?
