Would a female betta be okay with 6 glofish in a ten gallon tank?

bettas are aggressive. Females can be as aggressive as the male. Best test is to put the female in a container that is clear and let her bob in the tank with the glofish. See how she acts to them. If she flares then no she can't go in. If she doesn't flare then she might be okay. Just watch her a lot.

America (f, HM), Spirit (m, DBLT), Rescue (f, VT), Missile (m, HM), Purnurple (m, HMPK), Dragon (m, VT), platies, mollies, sorority tank of 21 females, AND lots of guppies.

No I wouldn't suggest it because GloFish are indeed genetically modified Zebra Danios, and they are very active, a standard 20g tank is a minimum for them since they are that active as a group.

I agree with Micho, they would need a much larger tank.
I had a school of Glofish for a couple months but made the mistake of getting ten that were all different sizes (In a ten gallon tank by themselves). The bigger ones got very territorial and aggressive. Nipping fins and causing a lot of stress on the little ones. So even if your betta isn't that aggressive I would worry about the Glofish harassing her instead.

Tried it just to see what might happen... They went for her fins so I took her out right away. She is now doing completely fine though back in the sorority tank. They didn't get any bites out of her fins.
