Well, what about this future set-up?

I don't think I'm taking the risk of a sorority, so how about a betta in a 10g tank with corys? What kind of cory would be good to have in a 10g and how many? Thanks...... Oh and no pygmys either, I would have to buy them at petco or petsmart.........

I think you can have 6 cories and 1 betta in a 10 gallon tank. Fishyinpa has panda cories and she loves them. I have seen emerald cories and albino cories at my Petsmart and they were cute and fun to watch. Try googling cories and look at the different ones to help you decide what you want.

I made a mistake, they don't have peppered, they have green, albino, and fake julii or whatever.

The emerald cories (if they are brochis splendens) are one of the larger species. They get to about 3". I would stick to pandas or false julii. The albinos might be ok.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
55 Gallon - Polleni Tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - QT
75 Gallon coming soon!
