You can try New Life Spectrum, either the Betta formula or the Small Fish formula will work great. They have garlic in them which entices Betta's to eat since it's so yummy for them! It's usually not too expensive, around 4 dollars for a decent sized container that's going to last you like ten million years lol I've had mine for 9 months now and it looks like I've barely dug into it and I've got about 33 fish to feed and I spilled some at one point >.< They're good because they're smaller than most foods as well.

Another you can try is Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets which are slightly bigger than NLS and costs roughly 3 dollars for a smaller container. My fish prefer NLS over Omega but both foods are very high quality and almost guaranteed your fish will like them. Sometimes though if they aren't feeling well, they won't eat as much so that's also to be expected.

Ah okay, well that's interesting then. Perhaps just give her some time? How recently was she sick and how long and what was it if you know? How old is she?

Frozen Brine Shrimp doesn't stick really that bad, frozen bloodworms are good as well but just can't be fed every day or otherwise she'll get constipated and stuff like that.

You can do small feedings but frequently, that should help a little. So like one daphnia at one point and one one more time later on, that way it's not too stressful on her and stuff but she's still eating something.

That's good!

What was she sick with?

Oh and you can try the SeaChem stuff if you want, I've never heard of it but I trust SeaChem so it should be good. Just try to find the first three ingredients to see what there is most in it to see if it's a quality food.

yep did that today already.. i think what i will do is give her just a very small amount tomorrow morning and then tomorrow night a little more and then skip thursday just to be on the safe side of over feeding her again. that was her main issue. thanks for your help.
