African dwarf frog feeding question

I hope this is the right forum area, I apologize in advance if it's not. I have a community tank, shrimp tetras betta and 2 frogs. They don't seem to go after the flake food like the other fish and shrimp do. I don't even see them eat, it's worrying about me. The other fish dash and get it first so I put a lot in to make sure they get some. I'm hoping they eat it off the bottom when I'm not looking. Anyhow are there other better foods for them? Foods the other fish won't eat? How long can they go without eating?

They need live or frozen food, like bloodworms or brineshrimp. They can go a couple of weeks without eating - but then, so can you. So it's best to get them some food they can eat ASAP, and then feed them every day.

I feed mine by catching him in a tupperware and feeding him in that. He doesn't really like getting caught, but he knows when feeding time is and is hanging out at the top of the tank waiting.

I do something similar and catch them in a very fine net, bring them to just beneath the water surface, and then release some bloodworms in there. Whatever they don't eat just goes into the tank for the betta and cories to find. They're starting to learn that white net = food! :)

The bettas:
Romeo - HM male | Tzekel-Kan - DTHM male | Nemo - CT(?) male | Akio - DTHMPK male | Ares - Delta male | Diablo - SD male | Nameless - VT male | Nameless - DT female
The others:
The Fab Five: Green cory catfish | Maximus: Golden mystery snail | Ichabod & Rosa: African dwarf frogs
Swim in peace, Gaston.

I have sinking aquatic frog and tadpole food as a staple diet, and about once a week I feed them frozen (thawed) bloodworms. I use a turkey baster to make sure it goes to the bottom of the tank in the feeding area. They're ravenous for it.

Frozen bloodworms did the trick!!! I separated them into a large cup and dropped them in there. I am so happy to see them eat! Afterwards he was laying on top of my cory catfish LOL

One does not simply buy one Betta fish.
