Betta and 3 cories and???

Hello!
I have a 10 gallon tank with one male betta and recently 3 skunk cories (I wanted to get more but there were only 3 of them.) and plan to get one or two more if I can. Should that be it? or Are there any other interesting fish that would get along there?

Do you have live plants and other hiding places in your tank for your cories to hide in?
And if you are getting a couple more cories..Then you probably shouldnt add anymore fish for now.. Just watch your Betta too see if he is being too aggressive towards the cories before you get more.. as you might have to seperate them.

Rather than get new fish, I would try to add more cories.

I agree. More Corries would be best.. That is if your Betta is getting along with them.

when I was at PS the other day the sales man told me I could not put cories in with a betta :@ what does he know anyways? I ended up getting 5 zebra danios and 3 ghost shrimp. They so far have been getting along just fine.

Yes they are for me my betta pays them no mind. The danios do however rush to eat all the betta pellets I put in the tank. You could see them swimming around with the pellet stuck in their mouth lol Im worried they would choke on it but so far they manage to swallow the pellets

I've had people tell me that Bettas shouldn't be with danios, but I never had a problem. Although that could have been because they were all sharing a 30 gallon tank.
