How many Peppered Cories for Leroy?

Today I bought 2 peppered cories to be Leroy's tankmates. I have a 38 litre (approx. 10 gal) tank and didn't want to get too many fish to begin with, so that's why only 2 for now. What would be a good total number of peppered cories to have to make them (Ziggy and Peppy) happy and not be bothersome to Leroy? And, I've read conflicting information..... about how big do these cories get?

They are very neat little fish! I can imagine as I watch them searching the bottom that they are chanting to themselves "lookin' for food lookin' for food lookin' for food....."

My cat's new hobby is lying on the counter watching the cories.

My dogs haven't noticed yet...... they don't care.

Cories do best in groups of 4 or more. They love being housed with their out kind.. So you should try to get atleast 2 more. MAke sure to have a lot of hiding places and live plants in your tank.. that way they can get away from your Betta a bit and he cant be bothered by them so much.. Do you know what they eat?

A group of 4-5 individuals can fit in a 10 gallon tank I think.

Oh!

I did that and put all my info in... Says I only really need to do a 10% water change a week... Hmm I'll stick to my 20% ones though because *Blushes* I'm just a paranoid person hahaha

The smallest amount I got it to show was 7%, but this is my female Betta setup.

Your aquarium filtration capacity for above selected species is 481%.
Recommended water change schedule: 7% per week.

Its 769% if I was to use just one of my Emperor 400's.

But with my Oscar's tank, running 2 Emperor 400's (total of 800gph)

Your aquarium filtration capacity for above selected species is 254%.
Recommended water change schedule: 34% per week.
