Fluval chi and male CT

I have the 5gal fluval chi with a betta and a ghost shrimp, is that overstocked? what other fish could i put in with him?

No other fish in anything less than 10 gal. You can still add more shrimp if you want.

You might be able to get away with a nerite snail though. I wouldn't recommend a mystery snail though as they get much bigger and are messier than nerite snails.
