Feeding my snails?

I have two mystery snails in my 10 gallon sorority with 5 female bettas.
I know that snails usually like to eat things like kail, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, broccoli etc. I've been putting veggies in there since I got them (I take them out after a little while so they don't rot) and they are left untouched! I've put the snails ON TOP of the food, thinking maybe they couldn't find it, but they still won't eat any!
I know that snails eat any leftover food the bettas don't eat, and I've had these snails for a good two-three weeks. Are they really surviving off the extra betta food? Any suggestions on what I could feed them that they WOULD eat, because I am worried they aren't getting everything they need in their diets.

have you blanched (boil until squishy) what you give them? When you just toss in raw veggies, they are typically too hard for them to eat.

If your aquarium is old and with light on it, it probably have algae over it, but anyway is always nice to give them algae replacement, I give my snails and my land snail Pleco Multi Wafers, they love it, the problem is that my betta also loves it so watch out when feeding xD!

This one here: http://www.tetra-fish.co.uk/tetra/go...=11&lang_id=20

That's me on the photo alright.
