when adding girls...

i have some females that i would like to put in the sorority tank, no other fish are in it yet.
Will i be able to add a couple more in the next few days, or would i have to pull all of them out?

Betta-less at the moment :(

It should be okay to add all 7 at the same time. But you're asking if you can add more a couple days later? That might be tricky. If you add more than one or two at a time it might be okay because the aggression will be spread. I don't think it will matter if you take them all out and re-add them all, they will have to fight to establish the pecking order anyway. But again, don't add less than two at the same time so that no one fish gets beat up.

So,i have one girl who suddenly looks like her head is covered in mud, but she also had stress stripes and her anal fin is pale (she gets like that when she is stressed).
Is it just another sign of stress?

Betta-less at the moment :(

Hmmm... I'm not sure, maybe someone else can help you out? Post it in diseases and emergency maybe?
