It's a 29 gallon tank. The two fighting were both males. I have a white female in the tank as well. They are seprated right now and I may take the spotted one back to my local Petshop.

Generally it is recommended to have 2-3 female mollies per 1 male molly. This might be why they're fighting.

Also, if your molly is pooping like crazy, it's probably the stress from being moved and also because mollies do poop a lot. I can't look at my sister's mollies without seeing a nice strand of poop coming out of every one of them.

I agree, and the more females to males you have, the less fighting. That's probably the only reason. Either get a few more femlaes (if you have room) or exchange a male for a female. That should take care of it. :)

Another thing is mollies like some salt in their water, they are more of a brackish water fish than freshwater. I never had much luck keeping mollies for longer than a few months if there was not enough salt in the water - making them incompatible for bettas.
