Agreed with Sweeda. Yes, a 20 gallon would be huge for the amount of fish OP has now, but we always say bigger is better!
Plus, she doesn't have them in proper schooling sizes. If the fish were all in the proper schooling sizes then OP would need a 40 gal min tank.
Guppies at least 5 - 2.5 inches each= 12.5 gallons
Glofish at least 5 - 2 inches each=10 gallons
Betta 1 - 2.5 inches= 2.5 gallons
glass catfish - at least 5 - 4 inches - 20 gallons
total= 45 gallons. approx
