I know! Fhil used to be my sisters but she sorta lost interest and since I wanted a betta she gave himto me. But before she did she had him in a tin y jar because she thought it was ok, but everyday I would check up on him and now he has his own big tank and whenever I walk by he'll rush up to the glass and look at me expectantly(he thinks he's a bottomless pit)

yeah, mine jump out o fthe water some times if I hold some food barely above the surface. Fhil is especially funny, he always always always watches everything I do, and when I come near his tank he freaks out and gets all excited:D

If you get bloodworms remember not to feed your fish more than one once per week--its easy for them to become bloated/constipated from freeze dried bloodworms.

BettaSmart: My personal blog dedicated to ending the myths and misconceptions on Betta fish care through educational articles. Topics range from basic care to raising awareness about the dangerous marketing practices in the fish world.

Hmmm I guess Buddha was just odd then. Bloodwormd were his main diet when I didn't have anything else he'd eat. No bloat or constipation haha.
Funny little fish

Baby Buddha(M VT) ~ Oddball (M-DeTxHM)~ Little Chai ~ Lucky(F oto)

I seem to have a problem with collecting things with scales and fins. Oops
