Name ideas for my new guy?

So...as you know, Petsmart had a huge sale on their bettas this week. And...well, I couldn't not go. lol And, I found this guy. He was stuck waaay in the back on the shelf. Almost didn't see him. Thank goodness I had a spair set-up on hand! Anyways, I had no problem picking the name for my other newbie, but not this guy! So stumped! Would love suggestions. Thanks!

I really like Julep! I was thinking the same thing earlier--that he had kind of a mint color to him!

Mind you I don't condone drinking particularly. LOL! :) Glad you like the name though. I think he is a copper betta but i'm bad at ID-ing colors. I also have a really hard time with naming my non human family members hehe. My dogs especially...

Don't decide too soon though because someone might come up with an even more fitting name ;) Lots of people on here are super good at names.

btw- Welcome to the forum if I haven't welcomed you already. I love this forum, everyone is great. :D Sorry to babble, it's 3am. lol

Thanks for the welcome! Been here since Jan, but never get the chance to post all that often!

I love Julep as a name--and it's really fitting! I will wait it out a few posts, but I'm pretty much decided. lol

Even though you are already decided, I have a few names to suggest. How about Sprite, Squirt or Flash? Just don't name any of your fish SUSHI!! Hope you find the perfect name for your little guy, he's really nice!

How about Wasabi?

I currently own a male betta fish, a female betta fish, two eastern painted turtles, one western painted turtle, one Chinese dwarf hamster, and a whole load of guppies.
