Moving with my betta?!

So I found out I'm moving and it just so happens that it's a thirteen hour car drive away. We have a dog so two family members are driving down and offered to take my betta with them. Any suggestions in how to go about doing that?! Also, it will still be summer so if you have any tips to reduce temperature fluctuations it'd be greatly appreciated !! Thank you so much

The best suggestion I can give you is to go to your local pet store and ask them about how do the truck drivers transport fish from state to state safely.
