Did anyone else notice?

Did anyone else notice that whenever someone puts a fish on aquabid and says "quality" or "nice" or "must see" or "look" the fish looks absolutely shocking and often carries deformities?or is it just me being a pessamist, also I'm drooling at this guy!

and his brother!

EDIT:does this guy not have any pecs?

saddly the colors look enhanced on the first guy. It's too bright and white in the background...unless he's got super lighting?

Feel free to message me any questions, I'll try to help the best I can!

Absolutely.
There's a seller that writes one or two word titles to his auctions and his fish are always stunning. Too much fru fru, like my grandmother would say :)

lvandert:Yes thats what I thought about those boys too :(

My rainbow betta fish: very see through if he has some

Vilmarisv, its so strange, if the fish is so amazing, wouldn't they be keeping it?and if it was second best to one they had kept, surely the fish would do the talking for itself, I can understand they wouldn't write: Fish with severe deformities, but dressing it up doesn't help either! Surely letting someone fall in love with the fish without trying to pursuade them first is the best way?I only get irritated when I see "nice" or whatever other label they put on them!!!

Also it irritates me when they put daft names on them, some of them are ludicrous, they may as well say: catinthehatzebraleopardpenguinshoe betta-its complete and utter nonsence, you click on the fish and find its just a plain plakat, or a veiltail-I have nothing against either type, but you find the daft names are given to the most "basic" or "common" fish, to try to sell them!
