Light Question...

Hey guys, I usually leave the light in my tank on but should I turn it off for awhile during the day? I have Kudo my betta, Hip the ADF, two spotted nerite snails and a moss ball, would they benefit from a few hours of the light off? I would assume so but just want to make sure.

Just provide them with a natural light cycle, don't leave the light on all the time.
