I love my baccopa monnieri, rotala rotundifolia, java fern and any kind of moss. Those are my favorites since they all seem to do well in all of my tanks!

The best way to help is to be forgiving. People aren't made with a book of ultimate information in their head. We need to inform, not insult; give advice, not lectures; and realize we're all human and we all make mistakes

I bought some Moneywort and some Dwarf Hairgrass last night. They're in quarantine right now, but the Moneywort looks real nice and it's tall and thin and will give me a better effect in the background than the Mondo Grass (which rotted because it's not an aquatic plant even though Petco sold it as one )
And I like the idea of having short, fast growing grass as a carpet in the foreground of my tank.

Definitely Java ferns! I tried Moneyworts and the other stem plants. They sucked.

Java ferns grow slow and makes a great addition to my tanks! c:

Basically I don't like anything that needs high light or CO2. But if I had to chose a favorite it would be anubias. I love the look they take when they grow into wood. Water sprite is another favorite. It's a great ammonia sponge and gives the tank a beautiful shaded look. All of my tanks that geographically allow (plants aren't found in the same region of the world as the other organisms) for these plants have them. Swords are also growing on me (lame pun intended ).

Frog bit, I think! Grows like a weed without anything special, looks neat-a little more natural, and my betta likes building bubble nests under them
