I want a cory so bad xD

I've been looking at pics of cories, and they're so darn cuttteeee Dx
And by cories I mean the small Pygmy ones. I can't wait tp upgrade once I move out and get a big enough tank for them. Especially since I need sand for them -.-

Anyone els want a fish really badly, but their bettas are kinda making it difficult? xD

I seem to have a problem with collecting things with scales and fins. Oops

For the most part I'm pretty content with just my bettas at the moment....but there are times when I do miss having other fish. xD

I'm the same as you, I ADORE cories, I used to have a few, but I haven't had any in about a year and a half.....I miss them. xD They were such adorable, funny little fish. <3
I also miss having Gouramis, my second favorite species next to Bettas(ironically enough xD). The 'love of my life' was a male Dwarf Gourami named Fluffy who resided in my 46 bow community a while back. Loved him to death, SUCH a personable little guy.

I love my Cory Cats! I have 4 in my 30 Gallon tank and 2 in my 5 Gallon tank.

I'd love to have some White Clouds! But because the temp of the water in my 30 Gallon tank is too warm for the White Clouds (78 degrees) means I can't have any :(

I was thinking about cleaning out the extra 10 Gallon tank that I have to set it up with just a school of White Clouds in it. But then again on 2nd thought, I think it would be better used as a much needed hospital tank instead.

I guess I'll keep dreaming.... LOL

I have a little peppered cory and I love it. He's got a green tint and reminds me of my favorite airplane (corsair) when he lays on the bottom of the tank. I call it the kitty fish and it is so much fun to watch it. Kitty fish can be a bit hyper at times.

I know, its he? Only time he really swims at the bottom of the tank is to eat and when he is resting. Right now Kitty is swimming around the top of the tank back and fourth, poking his little noise out of the water. When I first got him, he was barely 1/2 inch, now he is close to 2 inches big.

Peppered Cories only get to be 2 and 1/4 inches big. They stay on the small side for catfish. Unlike my Squeaker who has been growing like weed since I brought him home as a baby.
