So sorry for your losses!! But I'm glad some of the fish made it! Disease outbreaks are so scary and sad! I had an unknown illness sweep through my old sorority and kill all but one of my girls, and I started off with 15 girls. It was heartbreaking!

One hand reaches out and pulls a lost soul from harm. While a thousand more go unspoken for, they say what good have you done? By saving just this one... It's like whispering a prayer in the fury of a storm. And I hear them saying... You'll never change things...

I read online that goldfish can live in 78 degree water, had him for a month and he is happily doing little goldfish things

[QUOTE=xShainax;1237503]I read online that goldfish can live in 78 degree water, had him for a month and he is happily doing little goldfish things[/Q Comets or common goldfish are cold water fish but other strains are not the best option but can live there a while goldfish prefer cold water the record for goldfish was 43 but well cared for average 20. The absolute minimum is 40 comets need bigger glad your Betta is recovering.

I think he is a regular goldfish I won him at the fair. They are fun but messy poopers
