Thumbs up Just put my girls into their sorority

So I just put 5 of my ladies into their new sorority tank. Except for Mary Jane, she's been lethargic for that past few days, and I'm worried if she's going to make it.
So far there hasn't been any terrible fighting. While they were acclimating in cups, my lavender girl was flaring at her neighbor so I put her in last thinking she'd be the dominant one. Well, surprise for me but my Baby, the smallest one is being a big handful for all the others. I'll be keeping my eye on them the rest of the night, and even had my boyfriend watch them for me while I ran to the gas station. He was a trooper, and I love him for putting up with my fish enthusiasm

Also a quick question:
I know females flare, but do they have any beards to their flare? If so, how far does a female's stick out. Baby has a bit of beard when she(?) flares up, and now I'm worried a bit that I misjudged her gender.

Here are some pictures... The fourth one really shows how far out it goes when "she" flares. I just started really seeing it this morning. Help?

The one in the last picture? Yeah, the ventrals are too long for a girl, I think.

Alright. Looks like I'll be getting a new girl to replace Baby in the sorority. I'm still hoping to have Mary Jane back to health so she can join them.

Baby will go back into his own separate tank he was in before. Everyone was separated before I put them into the sorority so I have his tank still set up for him. I'll watch him grow up there since he is still so small.
