Ninebettas is a really good seller, just look at his feedback. I've bought a couple of his fish and they were awesome and just as pictured.

I don't know for sure, but the scales on the body along the line down from the edge of the dorsal appear a little warped, & the branching on the very top edge of the tail looks a little weird. Maybe it's just the fish, I don't know. I was a little loopy last night, due to my cold medicine, so it might be my imagination....

Sorry pitgurl, nevermind then, it must just be me. If you bought from him then I'm sure you would know better than I do. lol :)

Looks like water droplets to me too. I had pictures come out like that myself (took them after a water change and didnt notice the droplets were there) until I uploaded onto my computer.

Nearly 100% certain the two spots in the second photo are water droplets. I see no other textures in the photo that look like those spots (I use Photoshop quite often and the tool to replicate textures and paste them elsewhere in the photo to hide flaws is called "clone stamp"), so it can't be that. Plus, the seller has good feedback. I'd say go for it.
