Betta's favorite place to rest/sleep

My girl likes to rest in the open. She has a little pineapple home that she uses sometimes. But her favorite place to rest is either on the root bulb of her tall grass looking plant (can't remember the name) or right next to it. She's actually moved some of the rocks around it to make a small indention to lay in. I keep trying to get a picture of her there, but as soon as she sees me, she comes zooming up to the glass.

Mori LOVES sleeping behind the heater. He hides behind the top part and probably rests on a suction cup, close enough to the top that he only has to move his head to get air. It's kind of funny because I think he thinks it's a good place to hide, but I can always see him when he's there.

I have oak leaves in Norberts tank and I always find him curled up up under one

mine likes the roots of his pothos plant @ the top of his tank but sometimes he will dig a hole in his gravel and hide under his artificial plant at the bottom too

I made my guy a floating hammock, lights on and there is where you'll find him if he's resting. Lights out and he'll go anywhere. I wake up to him on or under the freaky purple plant decoration, on top of the pleco's coconut shell cave, in the shrine with Buddha, on top of the shrine, you name it.

If the minnows sat still long enough he'd probably rest on one of them given the chance. He's not picky when lights go out.
