Well females can blow a bubble nest but because of the finnage on your fish I'd say male.

I can't see it in the pic. but I do recall reading on here somewhere that sometimes a male can have what looks like one. My females, or at least most of them have a VERY prominent ovipositor & they are very eggy making if visible in a side view. Your fish doesn't appear to be full of eggs. I am by no means an expert, I am speaking from my personal experiences.

Females don't have long finnage like that. He's a male.

100% male with a fake egg spot :)

I seem to have a problem with collecting things with scales and fins. Oops

100% male. Some males will display a white spot that looks very similar to a females *egg spot* thats not a definitive way to determine gender

Males do get white spots and females do make bubble nests. My female makes random, small bubble nests all over her tank when she gets eggy. As opposed to my male who makes them in a very obvious pattern around leaves or his heater (he only makes nests when a storm is coming through though).
But yours is definitely a male.
