I never "judge" a fish by his/her "label", so whatever the label is...seeing it first is a must before decide whether to buy or not :)

Well, this is something that if I get enough "yes" votes I will be devoting some serious breeding time to. Obviously I can't get a picture of it right now, as neither parents has even been bred. I can upload a picture of dad, though (if that would help since he's my DTVT). I plan to lengthen the tail, which is why I'm breeding back to a regular VT. I'm not sure how the colors will come out...but I'm excited to do this. It sort of leaves me with a mad scientist hat on. I'm sure it'll be a vast array of colors. I will pick my favorite and breed back to DT or VT depending on how the spawn turns out.

The plan is to create a DTVT without a ton of space between the caudals, if this is even possible. I feel like it'll look really cool if I can pull it off.

I used to had a pair of DTVT long long time ago, they were "blue butterflies", they looked really great when they were "young", but as the male's tail grew longer, in the end, he looked more like a regular VT with torn caudal LOL

If u're trying to make it obvious that it's a DTVT, probably yes LOL, all in all it's an interesting line to work on, especially if it's in interesting colors too.
