I've always wondered if you could give them regular meat.

My dearest fishy friends: Chappy, Scatha, Jocasta, Tsarina, Halcyon, and Mr. Golden Super Happy Fun Time (Mr. Gold)!

I wouldn't recommend it, it is not a bettas natural diet and may cause problems.

I figured, especially since our meat is full of stuff WE shouldn't even eat! But if I could, I'd share just a liiiitle bit of meat with my guys.

Yeah, sometimes I wish bettas could eat more things. Like cake.

But I'd probably get them too fat if that was possible! xD

5.5g: Rouleau - crowntail plakat male
20g tank: 4 neolamprologus multifasciatus + babies
4g: Nick - doubletail male
75g: harlequin rasbora, peacock gudgeon, green cory, red rainbowfish

Too true! If they could eat junk food they would undoubtedly be much unhealthier. Probably best for their own sake that they stick to betta food!

I don't know about food..........but I have always wished I could have my boys all live together in a big tank.It would be so great to see them swim around & play with each other.It's such a shame that male Bettas can't be put together.
