It's a toss up between super delta and halfmoon. His tail looks like it spreads to just shy of 180 degrees, making him a super delta, but it could be the camera angle or my eyes. Even if he is not a HM, he definitely has the potential to grow into a halfmoon with how close it is.

He has dragonscaling going on for sure. Colour... Possibly a multi?
