if i dont feed my betta 3 days.. is it ok?

Hi

I am going to my hometown for three days..(Saturday morning to Monday night)..

Is it ok if I left my betta all alone?

he is in 1 gallon bowl....

Well, seeing as how Petco, Walmart and places like that leave their fish unfed for weeks, i dont think it will effect him to badly, but maybe you'd want to increase the tank size while you are gone, using a storage container or something like that, with a lid just in case he tries to jump out. A bowl with an open top is not really safe for bettas

He will be fine not being fed for 3 days.

Make sure you change his water right before you leave and as soon as you get back! 1 gallon will need it.

Yep he'll be fine. I have a Betta at work, he goes every weekend without being fed, when I had an emergency & couldn't be at work for about a week he unfortunately went unfed & was perfectly fine! Maybe feed a little extra for a couple days before you leave.
