You little pigs!

My boys, Charmander and Chinmoku, are in a divided 10g NPT. Each one has a nerite snail on their side. I haven't seen any algae in the tank, so I was a little concerned that the snails might not be getting enough to eat. I split an algae wafer in half and dropped a piece on each side for them before I left for work this morning.

When I got home, I found this:

And this:

Two bloated bellies! No problems swimming, but I can think of two little boys who are gonna be going on a diet!

7 aquariums, 4 terrariums, 6 cats.

My girls eat the sinking wafers as well! They are little pigs!! So I have to alternate between part of a sinking wafer one day, flakes for the Neons the next and pellets the rest so that everyone can get an equal amount of food without bursting!

The guy in that first pic looks exactly like my boy Butta !!! Poor Butta has swim bladder probs quite often tho so i'd hate to think what a belly like that would do to him!

My boy loves food. He always swims right up under the opening on the tank lid when he sees that I have food. Luckily my boy isn't bloated!
