huh, thought she was a girl but now not sure

So Baby Sr. is a 11/12 week baby. All signs pointed to female, but now the fins have grown a bit. So I'm wondering what you all think. Still female or turning to a male. There is a egg spot, but we all know that isn't a for sure thing. What do you all think?

I'm pretty sure it's a female, although you might get a surefire answer with some of the more experienced members. Good luck!

Baby Sr.'s around 2-3 months? Sr. should be done growing, so I guess it's a girl. But Sr.'s ventrals point to male. I don't think you can be sure just yet. Are you planning to add Sr. into a sorority tank?

Baby Sr. if a girl will be sold so that she can be a part of sorority. I don't have the space for one :( If a boy, then he can take stay where he is at. Which is why I'm so keen to hopefully find signs pointing to one way or another. He/she was a petco adoption because sh/e was in such bad conditions.

Although I have been doing research and some people have put their female betta's in with guppies. My son is wanting guppies and I could put her in there maybe. Anyone see a problem with this? I was already planning on buying him a tank just for them, but if the can co-exist with each other, that would be perfect.

guppies dont made the best tankmates. they also have flashy colors that will get the betta's to react/chase.

Females can work, though. I have 2 with mine. (:
