Betta Barracks Help

Ok, so the owner of my amazing local fish store (Aquarium Co-op) is looking for a Betta barrack setup for his store. I'm trying to help him find something that will work, since I would love him to be able to stock more Betta. Here are the requirements:

-Aesthetically pleasing enough for display at a store
-Able to house between 50 and 100 Betta
-Cost (including shipping if necessary) must be under $1,000

Ideally he will be able to find something local, here in Washington or Oregon to cut down on shipping. If any of you have any connections or can think of anywhere to look, please let me know!

Not any commercially sold ones I know of. Any glass companies in your area?

Everything happens for a reason, but the reason isn't always good.

I'm not sure, I can ask the manager though and see if he's thought about that. I know he really wanted to find some already made for this purpose. I think he wants it set up in rows on a shelving unit or something similar. So it could be a bunch of smaller racks put together to achieve the desired look.

You might have them contact other non-chain stores that have Bettas in barracks for recomendations. For example, there is this shop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxKbdTEnzEI

Have them watch the video, see if any way they keep Bettas seems doable, and perhaps contact the owner for advice.
