Kilo is moving!

He's getting his 10 gallon next week and giving his established 6 gallon tank to a baby pygmy puffer I found at Petco today.

He'll be happier. He's HUGE and he's getting kinda crammed in there.

And the puffer is SO tiny. He's like a third of an inch. <---- He looks like this! Maybe a lil bigger. Hehe

16 Gallon-4 Corys, 3 Endler's, 5 Celestial Pearl Danios
10 Gallon: Male King Betta-Kilo
5 Gallon: Male Marble HM-Logan
5 Gallon: Dwarf Puffer-Huey
5 Gallon: Male VT-Tango

I will! If I can catch the tiny guy with a camera. Hehe. I just hope he's there next week. There were two so I'm praying no one else can see them. I was specifically looking for them cause I knew what tank they put them in but if you didn't know that... you'd NEVER see them. :D

And Kilo can stop pacing now I hope. Ever since I added IAL to his tank he's been blowing bubblenests, attacking me, and pacing. I think he wishes he had a lady friend. Might leave them out in the new tank. :P

Kilo HAS moved to his 10 gallon. Unfortunately he suffered a pretty bad wound in the process from a siphon tube. He must have swam up to the bottom of it and it caught his poor head. He's got a half moon shaped white dent in his black head. It looks terrible. :( So his new tank has salt in it to help him heal. He seems fine, he doesn't seem to notice he's hurt. He's checking out his new digs. I'm not finished aquascaping it yet. I have to wait for the driftwood that's coming on Monday. Right now it's a bunch of snail ridden (Yay!) wisteria, a small stick of driftwood with a tiny baby java fern and a little cave. So pictures will haveta wait!

The pygmy pufferfish is in Kilo's old tank, checking the place out. He's so, so, so little. I had to put a mesh bag over the filter intake. Some of the gravel is bigger then he is. I put some mysis frozen shrimp around on the gravel. Hopefully he finds them. I used tweezers and I put one of them on a marimo ball and even I can see it so I know he'll find it. He's so darn cute! That's it for fish. No more fish!

Tiny lil' Nugget! I know it's not a betta but... that Marimo next to him is about 2 or 3 inches give or take. That's how tiny he is!

My husband takes honors for the name once again. Lol! He is VERY AW. He doesn't trust me yet. I've spent all night placing mysis shrimp in strategic and easily see-able places and he's totally ingoring them. First day jitters are the worst!
