Cleaning a large aquarium

How do you clean a 10 gal. tank? Do you just change filters or do you have to take ALL the water out? Just Curious,lol.

Change the filter and remove 25-30% of the water and replace it. Do this cycle every so often for a healthier tank.

Yeah get a gravel vacuum or a turkey baster to clean up the gunk at the bottom.
