When I have an issue with a store I contact corporate right away. In fact i have contacted petsmarts corporate office 4 times since i left the company about 6 years ago. It is the way to get this stuff documented so that the company knows where issues are. I used to manage petsmart years ago. Heehee

Wow, this is apalling! How could you torture poor babies like that? They can't ask for help or defend themselves! I would definitely email/call corporate. The Petsmart in my area is amazing! I was watching them clean out their betta's cups and feed them. I was pleasantly suprised. I have been to some stores though and it just breaks your heart! I wish I could help them all!
