Not unless you can get 3...and put them all in a 10-gallon aquarium. She may not appreciate her new "friend." Not at all!

Females are like males. They prefer to be solitary. In tanks 10+ gallons you can have a sorority of 4+ females (6 or more is best). You have to have lots of places for the girls to hide and get away from each other.

They really don't need one... but you can get another female and hope they don't quarrel.

Hello, it's Frogipoi. If you need any help, fonts, or pixel bettas, please PM me. Thank you and good day.

Frogipoi, I wouldn't even do that. That's a really big risk, and you could end up with dead or damaged bettas.

It's better to have 3 or more females in a tank together because they form pecking orders and the less dominant female will get get picked on constantly

Even 3 isn't a good idea. Two will gang up on the third one and bully her to death.

Hello everyone I haven't checked this post in awhile. My female betta Lily is so aggresive way more aggresive than any male (trust me). I had a small snail and she pestered him relentlessly. now I did get another female betta but she is enclosed in her own tank. I might consider giving both of them to put in my Aunt's 50g tank.
