I've actually been wondering what the difference was between the budget Bettas and the Half moons? price difference is double if not a little more. But some look the same. So I am confused.

The budget bettas are usually ones that are too small, have some sort of damage, or just don't have the form, color, and/or fins to be a high dollar breeder.
