Question uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh

so my beta made his first bubbelnest yesterday and i was so happy then i look at it today and it is huge it takes up like a third of his 5 gallon tank and all he does is hover around it he wont go anywhere else is this normal?
also i am wondering if i can still do a waterchange?

yeah, you can still do a water change, he'll rebuild it. I guess he's just obsessed with his bubble nest, are there any female bettas within viewing distance of his tank?

yeah, but he will rebuild it, and the tank needs to be cleaned.

It's alright to clean it, he won't mind making another one to obsess over.

One of my boys builds his nest constantly, its really impressive.. just sad to have to keep destroying it every time I clean it, but he doesn't seem to mind! He just builds another one..I guess some of them are more bubble nest oriented than others, no big deal! :)
