I believe she's a regular. Kings have much deeper body shapes from head to tail. Your female has the more traditional slim look.

Nope shes just slightly bigger. I have a PK girl whos big enough to breed to a king (though shes a total wimp....she freaks out during her jar changing...........). Kings arent really that big compared to giants. Also shes much to colorful even with the light doing that...I think King bettas are culls from giant fighter lines.

Who am I? Well I am a Junior Member of the International Betta Congress and a breeder of white HMPKs, red dragon HMPKs, black/red dragon HMPKs, metallic multi HMPKs, blue masked HMPKs, and now multi color HMs. Soon to add black HMs. I will be showing in New Breeder class in fall of 2012.

All King Bettas are are big PK. They have no giant blood in them at all. She's just a big girl.
