Talking EEEEEEE!! Bubble Nest!!!

I've been working away at my computer, and I look over to see Dobby patiently taking a gulp of air, then blowing a single bubble into the nest he's starting to build!! And then taking another gulp of air, and blowing another bubble. Air gulp, bubble, air gulp, bubble. It's so cute! I'm so excited, it's the first nest he's ever built!

Aw, man. He saw me watching and gave up...

Maybe he will some day when you least expect it. You'll turn around and see a tiny fizz of bubbles and your Betta adding more bubbles one by one.

Mine made his first 2 weeks ago it was HUGE but then I had to do a water change and it was destroyed sos I think I crushed his spirit because he stopped although adding a filter that makes current at the very surfacy-surface only so bubbles can't really be formed very well lol

Ok, so bubbles are normal? I thought something was wrong....I just got Blaze 2 weeks ago and today I watched him blow the bubbles and I didn't know if that was normal....also How can I tell if he is bloated?
