Binford the magician.

So I awoke today to absolute horror. Binford's Kritter Keeper was turned sideways on the floor with about 3 inches of water in it and no Binford in sight. I was so upset that my cat knocked him off trying to get to the Christmas tree. When I picked his tank up, he was as dead as dead gets. I didn't have the heart (nor time, I was late for school lol) to bury him, so I made him some new water and sat the keeper in the bath tub until I got back home. When I put new water in the tank he floated on top with none of his fins moving, and I thought about how bad I felt all day. Come about 5 hours later, my husband and I get home and he goes to get the keeper for me.

BINFORD WAS ALIVE!

I don't know how it happened, but I don't care. My fishy is alive and well!

Betty and Phineas both have been on the floor before cause they're jumpers, but never have I ever experienced something like this.

Oh my gosh, it's so scary, yet so happy! I cant believe he came back and is doing good =]

I'm going to say it was a VERY good thing you didnt have time to do anything but put him in some water.

Yeah, he was in the tank and the rocks were somewhat covering him up. I have no idea how long he'd been on the floor when we found him this morning but i'm so glad that I put some new water in his tank before I left. The ends of his tail are a little ragged, but nothing serious. I gave him some new water and and a little aquarium salt for his tail. :]
