Talking Updates!

Ok so these are just some updates on how everyones doing.

9/11/10 spawn:

The spawn continues to grow fast as they near adulthood. I found a little female who has the same color pattern as the best male from the spawn! I think this spawn will start two lines for me, blue dragon red bicolor and blue dragon black bicolor. For some reason ALL the fish from this spawn had clamped fins last night...now it's down to one! Today is jar cleaning day so they'll all get 100% water changes and a ton of bloodworms.

10/3/10 spawn:

Almost a fail...they're still super tiny even though they should be around an inch long...but I moved them from their big plastic tub to a 10 gallon and they're growin fast!

Imports:
I only have on survivor Cherry........now that I look at her she's now an amazing red color....when my replacement super red male comes I'll let him settle in and then spawn them (I set up an indoor pond kinda thing so when my IAL get here I'll make the water very dark).

New shipments:
I'm getting free fish! Well kinda lol. My replacement super red and CT male only cost me $10 for shipping from Thailand. Miharu/Zenandra is sending me a free PK male and a suprise (IDK what it is) for $0....yup no shipping or anything. They all get here Tuesday the 28th!

As for for pics I'll get them soon! Expect a major pic spam for just Cherry...she's so red!!!

Who am I? Well I am a Junior Member of the International Betta Congress and a breeder of white HMPKs, red dragon HMPKs, black/red dragon HMPKs, metallic multi HMPKs, blue masked HMPKs, and now multi color HMs. Soon to add black HMs. I will be showing in New Breeder class in fall of 2012.

Wow, your parents must be pretty awesome to let you do all this breeding. I think it's cool that you got to start doing this young.

Haha yeah they're cool about it. My whole family owns fish...my brother is a saltwater freak and he works on the filtration at the Downtown Aquarium here and steals fish meds when I need them hehe. My dad has a 30 gallon tetra tank. But I'm the only one in the family who has recieved fish in the mail, bred them, raised them to adulthood yada yada. I'm a water freak...my brother has a twisted way of describing watr quality, my dad hardly has time for water changes and here are all my fish in clean warm water...yeah I raised the temp in my room 15 degrees and now I can't sleep in there haha.
