Looking for a breeder =]

After having my last betta for 2 years and having him die, I have found this site. I've read up a lot the past week or so and have learned that I was a HORRIBLE betta owner... My betta was kept in a 1 gallon bowl which was not heated and had one live plant in it (absolutely no hiding spots). I was doing 100% water changes once a week. So as a new knowleged person I am looking to buy a fish. I have recently bought a 4 gallon tank, a heater, a filter, multiple fake plants, and a log that my new betta can hide in. Now all I'm missing is a betta. Are there any breeders on this site or does anyone know a good site for a breeder? I'd like to stay away from petco, where I bought my first betta.

You could try aquabid.com. They have a huge selection of Betta. Make sure to check their feedback so you know if they're easy to work with or not.

Sequin (m), Shortcake (f), Westley (m), and Sir Righty of Walton (m).

Be careful though, Aquabid is expensive once you add in shipping costs. :)

1 Male ~ 5 Females
3 Bronze Cories
1 Hamster
Soon, 1 cornsnake!

Especially importing (well not for me).

Who am I? Well I am a Junior Member of the International Betta Congress and a breeder of white HMPKs, red dragon HMPKs, black/red dragon HMPKs, metallic multi HMPKs, blue masked HMPKs, and now multi color HMs. Soon to add black HMs. I will be showing in New Breeder class in fall of 2012.

Chard56 on Aquabid is a US breeder and I have purchased from him and would be more than ready to buy from him again when the time comes. He is on the forum as well now so you can message him.
