Well, an update on my family's bettas...

So some of you might've seen my rant before about my half brother and his wife's divided half-gallon tank. They've a male and female crowntail.

Well, they haven't died off yet. So today after a lot of thinking, I decided to sacrifice my .75 gallon QT for them. Now the girly at least has a half a gallon as opposed to a quarter, and the boy has .75 gallons. They've both got gravel and clean water and better feeding instructions since they're bloated. I hope they'll get a little better care now at least. :C I feel better seeing the male and female having at least decent room to swim in now.

Good Job! How did you get the fish from them?

I only have 1 betta left, but he's a cool blue marble!

I didn't. I just came out and offered them the tank, and some o fmy gravel. Then I mixed some water and my conditioner up, filled it up, got the fish settled in, and helped change the water in the other one's tank. :C

Good for you for helping them out. Hope things get better for them! And that your education betters their fish's living conditions.
