15 gallon tank? are they common?

I want another betta fish...oh.. dear ... i'm addicted...
Does anyone know if 15 gallon tanks are fairly common? I don't really want to go as large as a 20 gallon and if I get another fish I will have 3. I think 5 gallons each would be plenty of room.

Does anyone know if petsmart or petco sell just a 15 gallon tank.. I don't need the hoodlight or filter, I already have the filter and I am planning on using 1 or two clamp lights for my plants.

I know I should just go look for myself, but I don't live near either store and I was just curious if anyone has ever seen one there?

I know that Petco has some 14 galon kits but I don't think they sell just the tank.
I say, just give in and get a 20 galon... and while you're at it, pick another betta for the extra room you'll have!

A 20 gallon long isn't that big and it's a lot wider and less high than a 14-15gallon would be which would give your fish more horizontal swimming room (which is better as opposed to vertical).

Plus... if your goal is to give your fish 5 gallons each you can divide the tank into 4 and get two new fish (or just get the one and save the extra space for down the road).
