Red face Male & Female Tanks

Ok so I was wondering, I am setting up a new smaller tank about a foot away from an exsisting one with my female in it. Inbetween the tanks there is a little organiser with the fish food and stuff. The new tank is going to have a male in it. They aren't really in each other's view but they might be able to see each other. Is that bad? These are permanent homes btw, if that helps. Thank you.

Wink

That shouldn't be a problem. I have a female and male tank right next to eachother. They rarely notice each other. When they do, the female doesnt do anything and the male just flares and shows off his stuff.

Mine are right next to each other, and I can support what BlackberryBetta says - they really ignore each other for the most part. I don't think they can really see each other anyway, since there's a plant right on the side of my female's tank next to Octo's tank, and Hestia hangs out on the other side. ugh. Did that make sense?

Ugh, another case of mistaken identity. Not BlackberryBetta. Irish Dancing Man was the one I was going to reference.

But glad I could help! :)
