Red face Bettas: Long distance love? (Just something cute)

So my desk has my male and female on either side, with me and my computer in the middle. The tanks are about 3 feet away from each other, but ever since I did a water change for both tanks at the same time, and absent-mindedly put their cups near each other (I put a paper between them after they were flaring at each other, oops @_@), Bobo has been making the most elaborate bubble nests, even today.

The both of them now always hang out on the side closest to each other, too :D. Bobo usually likes to come and visit me, but Lin generally liked to explore, but now she always hangs out on my side too!

They don't flare at each other like they do during spawning (and when I accidentally put them beside each other), but they do wiggle dances at each other (at one point it was synchronized, XD!). I don't know if I should worry about it, but the both of them are MUCH more active than they already were. Lin is a little less shy (although she's still scared of my fingers), and Bobo is erm, more manly? Instead of eating my fingers he flares at them now. Hehe~

(oh my god I should stop procrastinating, but I love this too much X_X)

I don't know if they can actually see each other from when I close my laptop lid, but it's still so cute ;w;

Awww. Thats adorable!
Your little man wants some babies ;D
That is seriously such a cute story though!
I introduced my female Ocean to my male Spazz by putting their cups next to each other during a cleaning, and man! They both flared like crazy!
XD

XD Yeah! It's pretty cool, I didn't know ladies could flare like that!

Sadly I am not going to breed them, probably ever, unless I magically have all the knowledge and materials to do so XD

i think they can see farther than we give them credit for. Caroline and Dante had a little crush thing going on, back before i put them on opposite sides of the room, and were always wiggling at each other, and it was nearly three feet of space between them!

Yeah, I definitely think that they can see wayyy farther than we give them credit for. My guy can see me walk into the room way before I can see him. XD

Oh! This just occured to me! What if, when we walk into their room, they dont see us, they feel the vibrations our footsteps make on the ground in their tank?
